Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY NOTICES:

As a small business, we operate a flexible refund policy, with each request considered on a case-by-case basis.

We understand that if your order is not to your liking, you may be entitled to compensation. To find out how to return your item, please refer to the section below that best matches your situation.

Please note that all orders must be returned within 20 days of receiving it.

We are unable to offer exchanges or guarantee that an item can be repurchased due to our clothing “drop” rollout business model.

We do not currently offer gift cards or in-store credit.

This refund policy is primarily intended for UK customers. If you are based in the EU or internationally, please disregard the above and contact us directly at customerservice@kuzmenko.shop. We will assess your case and advise on how we can assist you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@kuzmenko.shop.

MY ORDER WAS CORRECT, BUT ITEMS WERE NOT TO MY LIKING.

To be eligible for this return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@kuzmenko.shop, detailing your case and providing your order number and receipt. If your request is accepted, we will provide the return address.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping label and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

MY ORDER WAS CORRECT, BUT ITEMS WERE EITHER INCORRECT OR DAMAGED.

To be eligible for this return, you will need to provide photographic evidence of the issue and as much information about the order as possible, so that we can understand what went wrong and how we can improve in the future.

A damaged or incorrectly sent item does not exempt the return from the 20-day timeframe.

In this case, the customer is NOT responsible for the cost of the shipping label; however, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT, FALSELY PLACED ORDER FOR THE WRONG ITEMS.

In the rare event that you have placed an order for an item you did not intend to purchase, we advise you not to panic and to avoid opening the parcel sent to you.

Simply email us at customerservice@kuzmenko.shop, detailing your case and providing your order number and receipt. If your request is accepted, we will provide the return address.

As outlined above, this does not qualify for an exchange or for the purchase of the originally intended item.
